2nd) the are DIRTY!!! two are VERY dirty, one is kinda dirty and one is clean
3rd) TINY eggs, DIRTY eggs, EXPENSIVE eggs, and NO EXTRAS ( would not be a big deal if they were clean and the right size)

I dont want to be mean, or disrespectful, it will do no good.... but I am VERY, VERY VEXED and dont know how to handle this.... am I overreacting?????

You don't need to sand them. Wash them with warm water and let them dry. I have recieved 100% hatch rates on eggs washed like this.

Your not overreacting at all, you should complain and explain the issues you have with the eggs over the phone or in an email, ask for either a refund or more eggs of better quality. In future its best to have a list of questions prepared for the seller when buying eggs such as how do they package them? Do their hens lay them in nesting boxes or just the ground outside?, how old are the laying hens, will they write the laying date of each egg on them with pencil e.t.c.

I had a list!!!! she answered all questions wonderfully.... I even specified shipping instruction..... was assured they were LF breed
BUT I did not think to specify DO NOT SEND DIRTY EGGS

lesson learned........ she acted like all this was old news and she was a pro and did it all the time.......

How should I start the email to her.... should I ask for more eggs and offer to pay shipping? What if she gets mad at me????

I'm so tired. I can't even be bothered to candle my, 22 eggs on day 14.

Would it really hurt to miss it? I had a quick peek at a couple the other day to check air cell and they looked spot on. Even my shipped saddle backs have stopped growing! So I think I may tomorrow night I'm shattered!!

yes tuxedo is a naked neck or turken ... i wanted another one for months as i lost both my beuatiful roosters when we had a predator issue last year ... my sister found hin at tsc and there was only one and she gave him to me !!!! he is the leader of the two crew escapees lol

If you paid someone for a brand new BMW car and they sent you a banged up old Toyota would you be afraid to give out to them? .. I didn't think so. Also tell her you have hundreds of BYC members who will not be using her services if she doesn't right her wrongs lol good luck!
