A while back I posted on here that I wanted the PA Community Map in my Siggy.... Today I went to edit my signature, and it was there, just hidden. SO, A BIG THANK YOU TO THE SWEETHEART THAT DID IT!!! I'm thinking Sumi, or Sally?

The ducks are hatching the ducks are hatching..... zipping all over the place! 3 out in less than an hour! Malposition assist still doing great and active but still bottom in shell! almost absorbed all! YAY!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted much today, I've been having a lot of trouble gettin things to work and load today cause a big ol tree fell and snapped out Internet wires, making it a lot harder for me to reply to the threads and check the site (though I have managed to read some of the posts today before the branch fell and got a little to load after) so I might be a little slow on BYC until my Internet gets fixed.

My eggs are in the Bator after the obligatory wait time. I think I'm developing an obsession with the Serama even though some of you...and I really can't remember who cause I've got mush for brains...discussed they probably weren't fertile. Did I imagine that?

Anyway, of course I won't be upset Sally, merely disappointed but it wouldn't be your fault! I will simply search diligently to find fertile because I NEED one. I don't know why really.

Now I have another 20 days of stress to go through. How do you all do it so regularly? I'm mildly intelligent however I can't seem to convince myself that staring into that tiny Bator window all day on day 1 is NOT going to change the outcome at all...

So... anyway, by Barred rocks are feathering nicely, my Goldie girl is just a beautiful bird and I'm trying to rearrange my coop in my head to facilitate a better breeding system. I'm not in chickens for the chicks really, I simply enjoy watching them and need the eggs they produce. BUT as I threw in an egg from my Silver Sebright I did briefly wonder about who the daddy was and what would hatch. I have two Roosa beautiful golden laced polish guy... I'm sure he has a technical name. But I don't know it, and a very sweet black austrolorp. Neither would I WANT to mix with my sebright, but alas the deed was done because they are fertile, so I guess we shall see what type of Frankenstein comes out. I have however had some interest in my austrlorps....sooooo..... how would I do that?

Oh good gravy, this site has served to give me a new addiction. I'm off to research.

And please... I know my questions are unsmart. But I really am just starting. And yes I know unsmart isn't a word, I picked it up from my kids because they aren't allowed to call each other Dumb, so this is the substitute.

Nope, it was a true story. I am at the point where I dont even stare unless its a unique hatch, like quail ducks and turkey LMAO!!! Its still exciting, just not as much, sorta like having kids, you know your duties, just have to take the time to enjoy too!

BTW I threw three serama in the bator to test and all three are fertile and viable! Harmony collect 4 tiny eggs today!
