Sigh. We have 10 cats now and by the way she looks more on the way. Anyone want a black cat. We have at least 6 black ones

Pray for families in Moore Oklahoma. Looks like a K-3 Elementary school was hit pretty bad by a tornado this afternoon. We are still battling weather.

We are in Oologah which is north of Tulsa. Moore is by Oklahoma City which is south west of us. They are searching the remains of the school for the kids. Moore has been totally devastated. Some reports are saying the tornado was 2 miles wide.

ugg... Why do they always have to complicate things...

I was going to go set up the still air for hatching since it's day 18 for most of the eggs when I heard a chirp. I looked into the incubator and they are already hatching! I had just turned them this morning and the humidity was 30%.

The temperatures didn't run that high...

I just made the BESTEST Banana bread in the entire WORLD! YES I did! and so easy too!



Ingredients
BEAT:
½ cup butter, softened (stick)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar (plus some for tops)
Add:
2 eggs
4 well-ripened bananas
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinamin
½ teaspoon salt

grease 2 large loaf pans add batter 3/4 full
GENEROUSLY top with brown sugar

Bake 325 for about an hour for large loafs or 20 minutes for those 6" mini pans, when pick comes out clean they are done, after I see tops getting brown I layed foil loose over the top to keep from browning too much.

YUMMY sweetness!! I have tried so many and this one ROCKS IT!
