2 out of the 10 I hatched. I culled the first as it was really bad and the 2nd I have been treating with poly vi sol and vitamins in her water. So far no improvement.
[/quote] just curious how much polyvisol do you put in water anyway?i got some and realized i didn't know how much to use. lol

I purchased satsuma trees, sweet and sour kumquat trees, lime and lemon trees and blue berry bushes this past year. My son, Grant, and I just ate our first satsuma and it was great. We've got about 30 of them on the two trees so not bad for this first year. Ive also got limes and lemons I will harvest in Oct/Nov and the kumquats are just setting new fruit right now. :). I'm so excited!!!

That is something that I don't have a good answer on. If your adding to water I do a dropper full. My poor chicken has been getting them by mouth 3 times a day as well. Not sure if that is enough or too much. Are you treating for wry neck or just giving extra vitamins?

nothing major. had a chick with slightly crooked toes and a few young ones that I figure it wouldn't hurt. :)

wry neck. you can search wry neck in chickens and that will give you all kinds of pictures. It is pretty sad. If your feeding medicated feed you need to give vitamins in the water or added to the feed. Supposedly medicated feed and prevent chicks from absorbing all the vitamins from the feed and leaving them deficient. Vitamin deficiency is one cause of wry neck.
