Ok Im freaking out! I only have 6 duck eggs left out of 12! I have turkeys too. They were all due to hatch yesterday. I noticed on two ducks yesterday afternoon internal Pips. Just read Sally's assisted hatch. Give them till this afternoon before Tapping a hole?! thats what I got from the article. As for the turkeys I AM freaking out as they all died at this stage last year! OOOOOOMG

Ducks take longer than chickens up to a day and half longer, beware helping duckies!

I wait at least a day after I note internal pip before I create a hole. make the hole where he should pip NEVER the top of the shell, as they can turn cover the hole and suffocate that way!

I love it when I have to mark air cells! its perfecto now that I added that foam with electrical tape! its awesomeness!!

I have made the mother of all Cockerel ups! I am so dumb and so bloody mad at myself. I miss calculated my days. Not once but twice. I thought everything was due to hatch the next weekend then figured it was the weekend just gone now I realise that it is this weekend coming up. I counted the days totally wrong. What the hell is wrong with me. The worst part is I have three ducks that look like they have pipped nearly 2 days ago now but no sounds and then I also had layed everything on their sides and havent been turning them. I am so angry at myself I just hope I dont loose them all

What distance did you order from?

all my shipped eggs suggestions are in the article, that hasnt changed, treat each egg as its air cell presents! Did you use oz request to shippers to get only 2-3 day old eggs and all that jazz? Good luck!
