Suggestions...think about interval exercise. The idea is bursts of short, high energy. Like how kids take off and run on the playground. I walk the dogs and do a couple of half block sprints. Intervals take basically no time, help mood and energy level.
I think you are not eating enough also. I would move more of your food to the morning. You should ask around but I think a high protein egg first thing in the morning would be good for signaling the body for the day that it is not in danger of starving.
