DAY 28
28th November



Weight 9 stone 10 lbs. Still not good enough though!!!!!!



Breakfast
Cup of tea
missed breakfast as I had to rush out to the Drs.

Exercise?

Mid morning snack
1) Coffee white no sugar.
Lunchtime
Beef sausage roll.
Had to pick up Grand baby so took her and DH to the garden centre as I had free coffee tokens and got lunch while I was there

Mid afternoon snack
cup of Tea white no sugar.
Biscuit

Dinner
Fried Red cabbage with onion and mushroom topped off with Salmon fillett and sweet potato
Fruit flavoured water.

Exercise
none
Supper
Toast with butter and a cup of tea.
How I feel
Puppy is the best exercise ever - except he can't go out yet as he still has to get his 12 week and 14 week vaccination.
After that it's down to the beach and up to the park! Lots of lead training! He is adorable.

Suggestions...think about interval exercise. The idea is bursts of short, high energy. Like how kids take off and run on the playground. I walk the dogs and do a couple of half block sprints. Intervals take basically no time, help mood and energy level.

I think you are not eating enough also. I would move more of your food to the morning. You should ask around but I think a high protein egg first thing in the morning would be good for signaling the body for the day that it is not in danger of starving.
 
I try to listen to the 'middle' By Jimmy eats world once a day because I can't not dance to it. I get a great 2 minute cardio. If I did it once and hour I might actually get healthy.
Try listening to music trough out the day, every little jiggle helps.

How I feel
Annoyed that I have not lost more weight. I have not been as dediacted as last time I tried this. I think it being so darn cold here doesn;t help much.

How I feel
Happy that I got into single figures but not so happy that I didn;t reach my goal of 9 stone 7 lbs. Still there is only 2 lbs to go so not that bad and I am also "normal" weight for my height on the BMI scale so that can't be too bad can it?????

AM I A THIN CHICK ?????? - Well not exactly I have a way to go so maybe after Christmas I will try this again and see what I can do when the motivation kicks in and its warmer!!!!!

So thats it folks for this try - I am at least a little thinner than when I started out.

I just counted it up and although I have not reached the goal of 9 stone 7 lbs I have in fact lost half a stone 7 lbs!!!!!!!!!
