@foxmfan1 OK, yes that does help. My husband tells me DE is like a million tiny knifes slicing away at an insects exoskeleton. It is very useful stuff. I will work with it to make certain it does not cloud.

birds have quite delicate respitory systems, nothing like a cow. There is a thread running at the moment where a guy used it and now thinks that might be what caused all his birds to develop breathing issues. Ive had my chickens get awful noisy gasping for breath issues just from the dust from sawdust. I wouldnt give them somthing to stir up and breathe in that has do not inhale on the directions but thats just me.

your husband is right!! it is all about proportion, think of it like one speck of d.e will do nothing to us cause we are alot bigger, but one speck of d.e. is like a sword in a flea. your husband is right on the money !!!!
