Did I do it wrong?

Going from brooder to coop. They are 5.5 weeks old and enjoyed all day in the coop/run. Its now dusk, I made sure they had their brooder plate, food and water. I enticed them inside with meal worms and closed everything up. They are peeping so loud Is this just something they have to learn? I know they will quiet down but I feel so bad!

I a first time chicken mama (kinda) and My babies are going outside tomorrow.
My chicks are only 3 weeks, but people told me that they would be fine so I'm going to do it!
