Did I get what I asked for?

I do want to add the technically I don’t think it’s TS’s fault, they were just the middle man. Hoover’s Hatchery was their supplier and they were sent directly to me from them. I spent 15 mins (after being told my wait time was 4 mins) :barnie on hold with TS but never got to speak to a real person. I hung up called Hoover Hatchery and got a real person and she’s sending a new batch of Silkies but have to wait until May 8th for them to ship.

But now I have to rehome 10 cute chicks! I did look these breeds up and while the Sebright is gorgeous (wish I could keep them) but I have my heart set on as my husband calls them muppet chickens :lau

Anyone close to Delaware want these?

Check to see if there are any local Facebook chicken groups (I live in north Alabama and there are three near me, with a network of about 3,500 people) and post them up on there, I'm sure a ton of people would jump on them. I rehomed three silkies in less than an hour this way.

You can put them up on Craigslist under the farm and garden section too.

Does TSC sort their bantams? I thought they were assorted. But maybe that's just in stores.
Anyways, I'm jealous. I have 2 d'Uccles myself. They are just as sweet as silkies, but they are smarter, more savvy, less broody, and absolutely gorgeous!
I wish I could take them, but I can only have pullets :,(

Silkies are the perfect broody hen, I had one that was broody constantly.
Yep. I know

This was taken last year. The black one was put down due to illness and the white one was killed by a weasel recently :hit
Interesting, my silkies and polish were the first to go in the attacks.
