DH sometimes says Godzilla is coming to supper tonight, when the popping starts.
It reads 8000 volts on the amp meter.

This is Chopper.

One day while going down the road in the semi, my husband told me to draw on the dog (instead of him). Imagine his surprise when he went to walk the dog, and the few spots on her legs and patches on her body had turned into Dalmatian markings turned connect the dots!

Reminds me of one day Dad showed up & proceeded to tell me that my high tensile fence wouldn't keep the horses in 'cause there was grass growing in places over the bottom wire (all 4-5 wires were juiced). I went to the barn to get the meter; got the full 6k. Dad asked if I was trying to kill the horses. Had to explain to him that there was no amperage concerned. I guess he didn't understand DC electricity or the power of my charger.

Chopper stopped liking her original mother, and preferred me. Even my dh took a backseat to me.

Chopper looked eerily like a Pointer I had from whelp to death; Dixie.

roger that.. amps will kill you volts intimidate you. now the amperage that fried that lizard in the pump box, would bbq a human too. That starter capacitor even multiples that amperage to jolt the motor spinning. those capacitors can bite you awhile after being disconnected from the power source.
