Yes. We use gluten free.... cornmeal to make pancakes/waffles, instead of most other flours.

I use my own blend of tapioca, buckwheat, sorghum, and a few other things which have slipped my mind. Time consuming but delish... I can find the recipe for you sometime if you wish?
Sure I can't cook to save my life. but my husband went to culinary arts school, and he's a good cook. lol

My cooking was so bad, the dogs wouldn't eat it the first year we were married.
He took over kitchen duty after that.
I make okay meals if it's spices, meat, potatos in the croc pot.
If it requires cooking.... on a grill, stove, or oven...

Did you know my birds are going to be in a show next weekend and needed to smell nice... So do I, so they took baths today and so did I. That way we are ready for next weekend...
