Nope. I can probably gut, and de-feather a dead chicken, it's the act of *killing* it that would bother me.

I don't know if my almost 6 year old would be coordinated enough to do it yet... however, the broomstick method seems easy enough for my husband to do it, then we'd just need to process it...
my 12 year old has some mental health issues that make me not want him killing animals. so, it would fall on my husband, or my oldest daughter to handle that part.

Did you know I started ordering some things off amazon to store in my closet for christmas?

I think i'm going to get the 3 older kids Mp3 players and headphones, as part of their stocking stuffers this year.

Yeah. He's got this phobia of death, too, that triggers epic meltdowns. So I'm not 100% sure he'd want to do it. He's sort of all over about it. It scares him and fascinates him at the same time. We try to avoid him having anything to do with death since it causes some issues for him.

That was after I told him he couldn't become a vampire.
