No I did not know that old timers brew still existed. I have a full can of it from who knows when from my aunts house, she had a beer can collection.
Did you know I switched from JD to Titos and have to search for a healthier booze again because titos gives me a headache no matter how much or how little I drink?

Did you know that we just had back to back fiascos?

First, because of all the flooding and rain, my daughters pony had a stick up his butt and kicked her in the arm - she's okay, no broken bones, but it upset her that he did it.

Dad had to go lunge him until he decided to get the stick removed from his rear end. (Proverbial stick)

While I was checking on her arm - my toddler found this WONDERFUL pile of dirt to play in... not realizing it was a fire ant hill... he'd been riding his bike, but decided to play in the dirt. Next thing I know, he's screaming, and I run over there to rescue him. I see all the ants and do the only logical thing I could.

Scoop him up, run him inside, and dump him in the bathtub and turn it on............ I managed to get all the ants off his hands, arms, legs, and feet... only to get them in my pants and shirt.

Water's gone. It's still hot here. lol

We needed the rain. My poor kiddo is covered in those little infected ant bites. I'm not sure how long it will take them to heal, i'm going ot have him soak in an epsom salt bath.
