I still have one that died that needs burning. From like 2 days ago. Frozen solid.I haven't lost any birds since the two at the end of December.
Just chuck it in the woods. Easier. Do it a few acres out if you're worried about bears.I still have one that died that needs burning. From like 2 days ago. Frozen solid.

The particular strain I believe I have is quite mild, and meds don't really do much because they're such slight symptoms. Also, I am breeding for resistance, and meds negate my survival of the worthy. The reason I got it was I was having poor hatch rates and thought that was the cause. Unfortunately, I was a complete ninny and did not realise I was incubating at 104 degrees Fahrenheit.Fill me in...please.
Wow! And yes, too bad it wasn't the guineasAs far as chickens, only one female.

Mites will freeze, and just go a few acres out if you don't want to get them near your coop. Of course, if you're just looking for a reason to hold a bonfire, then go ahead!Mites on it. Plus i don't want coyotes and bears hanging around. Tons of old pine needs burning here.
