Did you notice an eggshell change when switching to Layena?

I recently (like 2 weeks ago) switched to Layena from flockraiser+oyster shell and my girls' eggs have been a bit funky. One chicken started laying about a week ago and hers seem the same but another of my chickens have had drastic color changes and speckles, etc. By drastic I mean used to be darker brown and now light brown, or used to be brown and now speckled. One is even purplish tinged!

any thoughts? Is color change normal when switching feed?

I've never noticed a change in eggshells when switching feed. This is interesting!

I do not use Layena, but I did find a difference in my eggs when switching feed.I switched from Blue Seal to a Poulin product. I get more eggs and the eggs are beter shaped.

Ya know what, come to think of it, a lot of problems have happened since I switched. Lots of behavior issues, pecking, etc. I wonder if it's connected at all.
