Didn't think about ventilation while building......... HELP!!

When I realized how little ventilation I had I immediately grabbed the sawzall and cut openings in the east wall from stud to stud.

The ridge vents seemed like such a good idea in summer.

I just use floor vents. I have one at either end of the coop. I tapped down the openings a bit to keep rain out. Put one or two at each end of the roof on the flat wall. I also have a raised coop, and I have ventilation that comes up from the edges around the floor, as well as the escape hatch that is always open for access to the underrun. I have not had any moisture problem except where they spill the water. No stink issues either. I also have a door open all day long that goes into the winter shelter.
