Its so weird how differently everyone's body works. I added 2 smaller meals and cut back on the meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and cut all sugary drinks and I lose weight. If I cut out those two extra meals/snacks I start gaining again.

Interesting, I think for me I end up eating more than I need because food makes my stomach hurt and subconsciously I feel like if I eat the "right" food it will stop hurting. If I instead cut that cycle off before it starts, and condense it into meals, I don't continually eat more and more in an effort to feel better.

I suspect I'm sensitive to several foods including garlic and onions but I don't have the time or energy to remove easy meal prep foods from my diet right now... Hence the stomach pain.

I call the way I eat Keto but pretty much it's only the meat.
A couple of days a week I add some chopped lettuce, tomato and (no sugar added) dill pickle to my burger patties I eat for lunch/breakfast. Sometimes I eat some cucumber with salt sprinkled on it and cheese cubes. Occasionally add goat or feta cheese.
My dinner is usually a thick pork chop or hunk of beef.
I can't stand to eat eggs or chicken at this point.
