Interesting, I think for me I end up eating more than I need because food makes my stomach hurt and subconsciously I feel like if I eat the "right" food it will stop hurting. If I instead cut that cycle off before it starts, and condense it into meals, I don't continually eat more and more in an effort to feel better.Its so weird how differently everyone's body works. I added 2 smaller meals and cut back on the meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and cut all sugary drinks and I lose weight. If I cut out those two extra meals/snacks I start gaining again.
