Our wind was crazy last night but kept power. Made my eggs at the gym this morning and had my cup of coffee.

Ooooh, fun thread! Is anyone else here on a pescetarian diet?

I went vegetarian for 2 years from 2020 to 2022, and it went pretty well! Along with meat, I also did not eat dairy, and I'd only eat eggs/egg products from our own hens. However, being vegetarian got really difficult to manage when I got put on night shift. I went back to meat and dairy for convenience purposes. That was apparently a very bad decision because my total cholesterol jumped up 50-60 points and my digestion was terrible. As of a few weeks ago, I've decided to go pescetarian. It's a bit easier to manage it with my weird schedule, and I love fish! (I also don't care for fish as I do for cows, pigs, chickens, etc. Sorry, vegans. 😬)

Also, I can't tell if it's that I went so long without eating it or what, but chicken tastes really bad to me now. It doesn't matter what kind of chicken it is or how it's cooked, it tastes like poopoo. My fiancé said it's the guilt that made it taste bad. 😅
