can someone tell me the difference between a "regular" chicken and a game chicken?

If you're talking the difference between a standard sized "heavy" or egg layer when compared to a standard sized game type, it's body build, egg laying/setting abilities, and being territorial.

The games can only have one rooster, they won't tolerate additional roosters in their territory, which is why game farms will keep them tied out seperate, to prevent fights. The hens are great setters, lay usually every other day, though sometimes daily in spells. They lay a medium sized egg. Great foragers as well. Will chase squirrels, cats, anything that comes into "their" area unless it's considered a dangerous threat, then they hide under bushes or in trees.... depending. Great mothers, known to sacrifice themselves to save the chicks. Some people will keep a game hen or two around to set eggs from their non-setting breeds.

They're of a slender build, not really for meat. Naturally curious, fun birds if you care for them properly.

The difference between Bantam and Standard is size. Most standard sized breeds have a Bantam counter part. Standard games also have a Bantam type. I've found the Bantam game roosters to be much sweeter than the Standards and usually have an ability to live in peace with enough hens.
