Difference in Rooster breeds

This may be a stupid question but, are there any breed of chicken that the roosters don't make the sound in the morning or is there any way from preventing them from making so much noise altogether?

There's something called the no crow collar that some people use to make them a little quieter.

The only stupid question is the one that isn't asked that should have been asked. ) There is no breed of chicken that doesn't crow in the morning (or at any other time, including the middle of the night, for that matter).
