Differences between Cochins and Brahmas (personality-wise)?

I know there are lots of physical differences; comb type and tail, etc., but how about personality? Both of them are in the Asiatic class and are large, feather-footed fowl, but what are some more differences between them? Just out of curiosity, thanks.

I have only had my Brahmas for a week, and I have no Cochins. But so far, the Brahmas are super sweet, quiet birds. They seem to avoid confrontations and are very docile.
