Differences EE, Ameraucana, & Araucana * Pls post pics*

Peanut turned out to be a very pretty bird, She was a very pretty chick too! It just amazes me how you can never really predict what these guys will look like when grown!

Thank you. As far as looks, I typically prefer the fluffy Cochins or Silkies or crested chickens like the Polish or Spitzhauben. Peanut has won my heart with her sweetness, though. She was such a plain solid brown chick when I got her for $1 at a flea market. She is my favorite chicken now. She loves to sit in my lap or on my shoulder in the swing outside. I like her even better because I am also her favorite. She doesn't sit still in anyone else's lap but mine.

Okay, after reading everything, I thought I'd post a couple pictures of our girls, just to see what is the other breed. They have a lot of the points, muffs, beards, slate legs, red-brown eyes, I don't understand the different color combos, but if they're EEs (and pretty sure they are), what could be the other breed?

Here are some pics of our EE chicks, almost 2 weeks old. I'm very curious about what they'll grow up to look like. Any thoughts?

Wow! your 4 chicks look alot like mine! They are only a few days old here but are 2 weeks now. Their wings feather look similar to your chicks. I am wondering how they will turn out too

One chick is hiding-will have to post close up of their new wing feathers.
