You could make her a sling.
Get her daily Nutri Drench and offer her extra pets/cuddling time.

I personally would segregate so "more" virus isn't shedding among the flock. And support as suggested above.

Some people will not as they think it is added stress to the ill bird.

I also won't automatically blame the chicks... since who knows what may be on pasture where they have been for some time now??

If the disease takes 3 weeks to develop... chicks were added 4 weeks ago, and she has been displaying symptoms for 2 weeks already. 1 weeks short of suggested exposure time needed from said chicks?
