Thanks Wooden_Pony!

Its all good, I just dont want to have to keep getting new camera's.

My first one was a dino it came with a printer, POS now adays Lol My second, my son ran over with his quad, my third, its been dropped in a puddle of water and dried out and its been burried in the sand at the beach. UGH Toddlers Lol

This one DH got me, wont last I am afraid.

I found one, one time that was like undistructable! Waterproof smash proof etc. but I dont remember where or what it was now. And probably alot of $$

Canon has a case you can buy to put on your camera to make it waterproof to take pictures! COOL!

That is why I waited to get my Canon EOS.

Good luck on your search!!

My fuji has a cap and its a PITA. I've missed a lot of good chicken shots forgetting to take it off .... they move so fast.

I have to stop looking at new cameras now. Getting tempted.

I have a sony MpegMovieYQX digital still camera DSC-F717 that I like a lot. Howerver it's more like a 'real camera' and you have to put the lense cap on and off. I like that it feels like and SLR ('real camer') and that when you look through the view finder your seeing exactly what your camera sees. Untlike some of the digital cameras that you look though what amounts to a glass tube that is not aimed exactly where your lense is aimed.

The only problem is that a part went bad and it was luckly replaced for free but I had some major withdrawls while it was gone.

feel free to save the following picture and zoom into it to see how much detail is captured. Do a close up of the duckling
