My quail is a female was incubated and is partly blind!!!(she reacts the same when she hops off my hand if it is 5 feet in the air or touching the ground!!!)

I've read they need more Vitamin E and Selenium. The Vitamin E is not a problem to find, but none of the vitamin blends I find have selenium too. What is a good source of Selenium? Thx!

He(yes the quail is a rooster) is already 6 weeks old, and his neck is better but he stretched a tendon in his leg or something when he was 4wks. He got better though.
