Wow they almost look the same is your quail parshly blind I know Texas a&ms it is commen but it may be in the disabilities but I don't know

No, seems to be able to see just fine...

Not sure yet. Should have markings enough to tell, but honestly since he/she is on my cull/freezer list I didn't take the time to check.

To my knowledge it is not common for any coturnix to be blind or even have poor vision. If you are experience blindness among your A&Ms it is probably some sort of heredity eye condition. You may consider not breeding those birds with poor vision so as not to continue an undesirable trait.
