Disappearing Chickens

I highly doubt this, but just wanted to throw it out there.
Maybe your chickens joined a wild turkey flock.
I've heard of domestic turkeys running off and joining a wild turkey flock, and I've seen my hens peacefully co-existing with our local wild turkey flock. Just sayin' ;)
