I like the freezer on the top so that I don't have to go digging around on the floor for my frozen stuff.
I never bang my head. I got to agree about the water/ice in the door. We don't have calcium but I just don't like that for some reason. Probably because I don't use that much ice and never want to get drinking water from there. I figure it's just a waste. I know others will disagree and for them it's great.I like the freezer on the top so that I don't have to go digging around on the floor for my frozen stuff.
See, now I always banged my head with the freezer on top. I now have the freezer on bottom and love it - plus no more banging my head. Hate water/ice in the door - we have a lot of calcium that puts that white residue on things and it's a pain to clean.
I love eggs over easy ,..... i've been in morocco for three years and havent been able to find a thin springy spatula ....and i've looked in every souk i've seen for one too and then most of their frying pans are aluminum with teflon .... not a cast iron skillet to be found anywhere

No, a french press (aka plunger pot) forces the water through the grounds. With a siphon the coffee is sucked through the grounds by a lower pressure in the lower chamber caused by reducing the heat after the water has boiled up to the top section.
