disaster struck this morning

I have eggs due to hatch this morning. I woke up to a "Crash" My cat had knocked the incubator down. pipping eggs all over the floor. I quickly put everything back together and laid a warm wet washcloth over the eggs. Most of which broke but not open. I still hear peeping. this can not end well.

oh gosh it might be ok if there is still peeping. good luck that must have been a horrible feeling seeing them on the floor like that!

Maybe there is hope! Stick them back in the incubator and heat them up and see what happens.

Oh, that's bad....poor babies. So sad. That had to hurt. I hope that somehow the universe will be kind and spare them.

well the tempand humidity got backup surprisingly quickly so I am more hopefull now that some may make it. There is still chirping going on.
