Disgusted and angry....

They are not behind a fence. We’ve never seen dogs around but have seen coyotes. Prints are too large for coyotes but dogs make sense because of how many were killed... whatever it is it’s not getting away next time.
Chickens are on the very bottom of the food chain. Free ranging without a fence is like hanging up a "Free Chicken Dinner Sign".
Sorry about your loss. Most of the folks who lose their flock on here on BYC, have let their defenseless birds roam with no security measures.
I see it once or twice a week. Same thing. If you replace them, I suggest a confinement perimeter if you are unable to fence your entire property. And a hot wire set up.
Again, sorry about your loss.

This has always been my worst nightmare every time I leave home for errands. All my birds roam throughout my yard during the day. And sleep in there pens at night. I would be devastated coming to to what you came home to. I’m so sorry.

I can't tell what prints you are talking about, is it the tiny one to the right of your hand or is it the one by your fingers. Sorry, I thought you said they were behind a fence. It is not a mink if they were not caged, a mink has a lot of energy but not enough to chase down 30 birds. The bigger track looks like a canine's track.
