I'd love it if my girls would go after the pesky sparrows that have found they can squeeze into the run and eat their food! I guess I should be happy it's only sparrows and that they're not eating much, but it certainly is annoying. And I wonder if the sparrows could potentially bring in some diseases, too.

I really don't like scorpions at all, they give me the creeps. My girls eat so many icky things when I let them out to run that I worry that their eggs will taste bad

But I think they keep getting better all the time! They have been laying for several months now.

I skimmed all the giant green june bugs off the top of the pool and tossed them into the chickens....oh boy was that a hen party!!
