Distended Belly - Umbilical chord area? - Picture

This baby turkey is shaking and seems sick. It has something distended from where the umbilical chord is.

What do I do?

HERE IS WHAT i WOULD DO
first take some peroxide and clean it good
now do not use the peroxide again
but take and make a iodine /water solution
1 cap of iodine
1 cap of water
now put it on the sore by using a cotton basll
then put some neosporin salve on it

do this twice a day till it heals
just cleaning with the iodine/water solution
then putting the neosporin on it

I use a good product
called meroclear
and it replaced methyolade
it is mad by Duco company
sold at walmarts
it is very good for cuts and sores

after the turkey is doctored 3 days with neosporin
I would put the iodine/water cleanser on and then Meroclear on it

also do give the bird
wet mash probiotic
