Wow I missed a lot. and all around. I'm just going to jump in and confess to buying 6 more bantams today. Chicken math is killing me!!! Cute little cream, lavender-bluish -greenish cuties with feathered feet and 4 toes. Any guesses?

porcelain d'uccle or porcelain booted bantams. Do they have fuzzy face muffs? That will tell you the difference. I got 11 out of 12 egg to hatch into chicks that made it to lockdown in the new cabinet! Thrilled! I've got more supposed to hatch monday but someone has already pipped about 3 hours ago. Everyone was 12 to 24 hours early to hatch but seems healthy and happy.

Got a cafe that really wants duck eggs as a menu feature... And with yoke like butter, I think people will really like them once they try them.

My next batch is supposed to hatch Sunday/Monday.... I hate the last couple of days, I get so impatient and also worried

someone or other was saying that they make the best deviled eggs ever because the yolk is creamier.

ohiki, a couple ohiki mutts, a EE, and chocolate orpingtons.

I incubate every egg they lay. I also incubate almost every orpingtons egg.

The ohiki need some work so I have to hatch them all and cull down to 3 or 4 keepers.
