Got one too and trying how to not leave it behind when we finally move

Not so upset about the thought of moving this morning as I sit here listening to Pa outside running the SNOWBLOWER!

This sounds so yummy, got to pick up some pan sausage.

Scotch Eggs: Make Medium-Boiled Eggs ; peel. Pat bulk sausage around each egg to encase it. Roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in panko. Shallow-fry in vegetable oil, turning, until crisp.

Hmm, didn't know scotch eggs were so popular, googling them and apparently they serve them around the globe, I've never heard of them.
One British style pub here in the US makes them bite sized with quail eggs and serves them with dipping sauce.

Cool V. Thats the first step to a perfect steak. Be sure to use lump charcoal and not the compressed briquettes

Yup, briquettes are nice for slow cooking, and stuff like pizza, but for a steak, you need proper lumps. I'm thinking of trying out webers own coconut charcoal though, my sisters better half swears by it.
