This sounds so yummy, got to pick up some pan sausage.

Scotch Eggs: Make Medium-Boiled Eggs ; peel. Pat bulk sausage around each egg to encase it. Roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in panko. Shallow-fry in vegetable oil, turning, until crisp.

I love "Scotch" eggs tho we call em' IRISH eggs at my house.

we have done those before with quail eggs... they are good, but not as good as I thought that they would be....


The quail egg kinda gets lost in the sausage

But maybe we just didn't really know what we were doing.... Spouse tried it

they are pretty!! those lavanders looked very nice too..not bad body shape for the lav either...and the feather condition looked excellent...

Those are redneck chicks. They will soon be rowdy. My brahmas killed a hawk today and ate most of it. Im totally serious.

My chickens finally ate that cabbage they were scared of I hung up weeks ago. Had to put it on the ground. A hawk would probably kill them just by them seeing one...
