I sent both links for you.

JWB, pester me about putting up a coop page for the bunny pen. I'm actually quite happy with how it turned out, so it wouldn't be a bad idea gathering all the pics I took in one place.

I hope your daughter enjoys the videos.

How are your wee ones doing?

tnt, about the missing mommy, apparently bunnies only feed their young about twice a day, and at other times they stay as far away from the nest as possible so that they won't attract predators. I saw a video where a bunny started digging, and suddenly she unearthed a tunnel and 10 baby bunnies came out to feed. I'm hoping that's what Hilma will be doing too.
i have a couple of wild rabbits that have taken up residence in my yard they are getting used to me walking out to feed the horse and chickens and don't run off. I haven't seen a warren or little ones

Good morning everyone!

I wanna see bunny videos!

@RavynFallenI'll get you chick pics today.

I'm still waiting on the swedish flower to hatch. I got anxious and broke the top of the shell to see if it was alive. It is. Rubbed the membrane down in neosporin. :hide

That is totally me too! I wait a bit, but then I pop and look in all the eggs (about 10 hours after the last hatch).

I just did the pop and look in this morning on the set that was to hatch Monday... CLEARS!!!! So many clears!! I have decided that maybe it is do to lack of exercise... They are kinda cooped up to keep the eggs pure..... Anyway, after googling that is all that I could come up with... Dunno

The last chick.... Not hatched is WIERD.... I will have to google, and figure out what happened with that one.

Another interesting thing about antibacterials. A study was conducted in Spain, the Netherlands and Finland, involving 7000 children. The subject of the study was to see if there was a link in respiratory illnesses found in children and the use of chlorine to sanitize bathrooms. The study noted that Spain, where about 72% of bathrooms are cleaned with bleach had about 25% more respiratory issues than Finland, where only about 7% of bathrooms are cleaned with bleach, and weaker solutions are favored instead. I'm not completely sure about the numbers as I read this last week and I didn't look them up again, but it was pretty close to what I posted.

I don't think that is a good study.... Spain is hot so will have lots more nasty stuff.

Don't get me wrong, I think filth is wonderful :D

There was a great study in Germany that showed that eating cow poop will reduce the risk of you getting allergies, asthma etc. much more than any other poop (horse, pig, and chicken)

I'd be ok, but it's not just my allergies now. Been running a low grade fever. Chances are it turned into a sinus infection over the course of the day. Not unheard of for me.
