Al, did you find a optimal weight loss?
huh?

I just followed this page:
http://www.avianaquamiser.com/posts/How_to_weigh_eggs_and_calculate_weight_loss/

you are looking for the humidity level that gets you at the desired (from the chart) weight loss.

That page doesn't go over weight loss from old eggs verses new eggs......

Little girl and I counted our chickens today....

DON'T TELL DH!!!!!

We have 99 chickens. But the breakdown sounds a lot better.....32 chicks
17 roosters
50 hens

I read somewhere that chicks and roosters don't count right??? Is it bad that I immediately thought that number will change this weekend after the chicken swap? Because if I have 99, I definitely need at least one more!

A little. Doesn't hurt so much anymore. I'm still coughing and sneezing, but no more fever. Thanks for asking!

I can break it down easily
dont rain enough here to have rain boots
Dont go out for dressup
at 400 lbs high heels just aint Right.
Tried crocks not enough support
Better off barefoot than flats
Not enough support from flip flops or sandles

I am 5'7...

The support I need is to keep my ankles in the correct position to allow me to carry my weight. Those ropers have incredible support for my soles. and surprisingly ankles.

I do have a pair of Ariats that fit a hundred pounds ago.... I think they were called mule skinners?

and they are water proof if you happen to step in a deep puddle... but not for slogging around. If I get down to around 175 I will be able to lace them up all the way .... Last time I wore them was in 2001

Is anyone weighing their eggs to monitor the weight loss? That would be interesting, to try to work out the optimal weight loss ratio. That should be a more universal tool than blindly staring at the humidity, since air flow would affect what's happening in the egg too.
i think Sally Sunshine covers that in her dry hatch. There is an optimal weight loss it does correspond to the humidity so if your humidity is right the rate is steady

An important fyi for those of us who have dogs and feed them jerky treats.

Deadly Fanconi Syndrome is still showing up in dogs fed commercial jerky treats even
if they are labeled "American made" . Read the full story in the link below.

I saw they have bull peckers at Petco for dog treats, no thanks. I'll give them the pig ears but I'm not having my dog lick me after eating a bull pecker.

The only treat my dog gets now is real bacon. Tossed all the treats when this all started.
