And I just spent 2 hours searching for the escaped mandarin ducks! In a downpour! Found them, hen got away but caught the drake. She did this before and came looking for her lover the next day. Hoping she does the same again tomorrow. I locked his butt up in an escape proof pen (unless he figures put how to drill through wood or cut wire)!

yep. I had a lot of fun and really liked the results. When I did mine it was hard to find info on it so it was a bit more trial and error.

what was funny (well, kinda sorta) is when we called the police, they said that they couldn't help us, since we live outside of the city limits, and that we had to call the state troopers.....

and then they gave us the number to call....


the number that they gave us to call was the number of the nurse's desk at the hospital

I started to wonder if they thought that we were mental cases.. except that when we did call the state troopers, they said that SEVERAL other people had already contacted them with the SAME problem!
