Dixie Chicks

They sound pretty good, they're still a bit young, so the singing will need some more maturity, but they play pretty well. The drummer is pretty tight, some sloppy parts in the guitar, but not bad at all.

What a beautiful view and photograph!

I hope those of you not feeling well get better soon.

vehve, have you seen the baby bunnies yet? I may have had to skip a page where you mentioned them.

Off from work today and get to help a friend get some straw for her garden, go to the bank, get a haircut and do yard clean0up in preparation to MOW THE GRASS! I love to ride on the riding mower and mow in the spring....by fall I'm over it but the first mowing, the smell of the cut grass.....heaven! I hope to find some time to get some updated pictures of the Easter HAL chicks and their mommas.

Have a great day everyone!

NAF, we haven't seen them yet. Neither has seen Hilma go in in a few days either, so we're starting to worry that she may have abandoned her little ones. We marked the entrance today to see if she's gone in, so I guess we'll know tomorrow. If she isn't going in there anymore, we'll probably dig the nest open in the weekend to see what has happened. I don't know if the ground has been too cold, or what it is. Of course, we might not have anything to worry about either. It would be a shame if they're dead though, that will set us back by at least 6 weeks with our meat bunnies, and we probably won't be able to do more than one litter with Hilma this year. We were hoping for two.

Al, yeah, I am, isn't it continuous through Canuckia?

You'll hit the rainforest in the Vancouver area, then the great bear rain forest and the grizzly maze... There is an inland rain forest near me (about 3 hours further inland)... It's called a snow forest because that is how it gets most of its precipitation... I thing the area called the grizzly maze stretches into Alaska... Not sure if it is a rainforest or not...

Good morning from a rainy Northern Alberta! Could be worse: snow.

Checked the tracking on my ancona duck eggs: supposed to arrive today!!!

Just started my incubator which made me wonder...

Water: I filled one half of the water hole with tab water which comes from our well(ours is terrible, high iron and arsenic for example) Should I be using bottled (filtered, bought) water?
