The six silkies I got are dumb. I moved them out of the garage into a temporary pen with a dog house coop until I have time to build a tractor. I had to picked the up every night for a week and put them into their new coop, they just snuggle together at the edge of the fence every night in coons reach, dumb birds!

Mine go halfway up the ramp and faceplant... building a new coop low to the ground for them, tired of tossing them into the coop every night, lol...

Ha! If their personalities/attitudes are similar to my Araucanas, then they are highly offended and how dare you move messy, stinky ducks into their homes!! lol

Yay on the quail egg tray! Oh, and got a couple pics today too...

those mandarins are the cleanest ducks I've ever seen. They don't even dabble!

Thanks, bama... got high hopes for him... right now I have 1 Lav and 3 Black Splits laying... as soon as they are cleared of the blue, I am hatching like crazy, lol... he came from a mix of Blehm and Smith lines too...

Yep, just started those tho... got many with tails and no tufts, but 1 is laying sky blue eggs now... sent a couple to Ken...

Those are good looking. Im sure he will be happy. He will surely have an awesome egg basket. And I sent him some houdan crosses.
