What's this about flipping eggs? Sorry I was skimming... I start them in a cast iron pan on the stove top then I throw them under the broiler!!! Hahaha! Perfect eggs ( still taste like fried totally perfect for sandwiches and burgers )

I'm sorry I wasnt trying to say you were uncaring, I simply mean there is just a as you put it more clinical mindset with things like that especially when your familar ect ect ect.........it can be easy to forget why someone new to the process might respond less cavalier if that makes sense......

I mean linguica the portoguese sausage...although in general I want to do sausage.........cant find a decent form of sausage here on the island at all even breakfast sausage is bleh

gosh these chicks are so mesmerizing...they had me giggling they sure peck at each others feet alot I figure cuz they must look like lil worms or something.. this one has been pecking at everyones feet..even itself

No bacon making here... probably never. I leave it up to the experts.

I might do Duck prosciutto one day... If I start raising muscovys.... I am hoping I can use Muscovy to replace red meat in my diet.

Duck procheuto fetches 75 dollars for 3/4 of a pound in gourmet shops. Thats a hundred dollars a pound.... I could do that....

Muscovy was the last duck I processed and ate myself, been awhile.. I've never had that so have no idea what my mouth might expect.. I've really only had limited duck eating
