ohhhh you got turkwys!!! I didnt see that.awesome I have been having soo much fun with the turkeys! I am super glad we got them..................did you hatch the turkeys? I'd love to see some pictures also are they toms or pullets or do you know yet? we have definitely decided that noodle is not a bronze turkey...but is a hen so figure she is a nantucket or whatever ya call em.......the size differnce is HUGE

Yeah, supposed to be a tom and a pullet. Haven't decided yet if they are Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner or if I'll let them grow out and hatch their babies next year for (dog) food.

I got twenty five new ghost chickens May 5.... :-(

I should also say, I am having a hard time finding ground meat here for under $5/lbs. In BC I could get ground turkey and chicken for $2/lbs.

@BriardChickens so sorry for the loss of the Cayuga drake!! That sucks bigtime especially since he was so good with the littles...

Not worried about a snare getting the dog or cats, no cats around that I know off, and dogs don't get in as we are fenced in with page wire.

Thank you, pretty sure the drake tried to safe one of the babies.. Baby is injured but running around like the others. Really hoping my co-worker is coming out in the next day or two to help me set up the snare.
