nah, my rosecomb turned out to be a cockerel too from the first batch. 2 Isabel pullets left. Then I've got 1 rosecomb cockerel in the younger group and the rest appear to be pullets.

Hey everybody! Hope your day was less uneventful than mine.....It poured 7" of rain on our already standing water. UGH! We'll never be able to mow or use the roto tiller. So here are some pics of my smallest babies.


The huge one is a black jersey giant. She kept getting her wings ate off, so we put her with the babies. She is much better now, but eventually she will need to stick up for herself, or get eaten.



This is a beautiful EE . Hoping it's a girl. It's now grey with beautiful red in it.



@minihorse927 , Here is my one & only CCL pullet. I am SO GLAD to have her. It's from the CCL hens eggs and CCL rooster I bought from you. As you know, but others may not, the CCL hens got killed by DH's dog. Her head feathers just started sticking straight up. Super cute! I also have some BR/CCL mixes. One is very cute, I think the rest are cockrells.

I'll try to get her pic later this week. It's pouring rain out there now.

awesome! Protect that girl like gold! It's thundering and lightning and windy as all get out here. The day has been very eventful but as of now the new owner is on her way to pick up her ducklings in seattle!
