Eh figured the guineas have been gone e for a few weeks (except for duck guinea who gives me an egg every day). Time to get rid of the last 3.5 dozen eggs from them!

Funny enough, Jim believed me when I told him... US and only 1 other country are the only ones that refrigerate eggs... in Europe eggs are in the baking aisle on a shelf...

Jim's brother comes down from Illinois to visit and takes all our extra eggs back north for their sister, other brother, friends and family... they love that they can take them at room temp then pop them in the fridge when they get north as they travel better that way... no need to worry about them getting warm, condensation or bacteria getting in...

50 wanted to bring eggs back to maryland but was worried about the high tempatures...sitting out in 90 ect degiress as cross country...haha they might hatch on him lol

Yup... if any are older or 'questionable' I just feed them to the kiddos, lol... we always have plenty, except after family visits...

Nah, they'd have to be at 100 steady... tell him plenty of people do that...

You can have ours... we just had 3 weeks straight of 105 avg heat index, temp was mid 90's all the way... ugh...

My guess is that they all had Windows 8.1 installed. Thank powers that be that Win 10 is here and I am going to be able to upgrade free....got my reservation in! Eight was so awful that they are gong to upgrade everyone who wants it to ten no charge.

I haven't liked Windows since XP... think that was the best version... my comp died still using it, lol...

Betty, would you post your mayo recipe when you can, please? Would like to try making that...
