I am trying.. just don't like this water.

where is amberjem? Or did she say she was going away for a few days, can't remember. Too much smoke today.

Try adding a little lemon juice or a slice of lemon to your water..... Here where the weather is always dry its a good idea to keep water about. I have a gallon jug by my computer at the head of my bed in the car and in the truck at all times. I dont drink a bunch at one time but I do take drinks from them all day long....

Hydration is good for lots of things than just headaches... its good for arthritic joints it keeps your skin nice and lubricates muscles....

just dont go overboard. like two gallons per day... I probably drink about eight eight ounce glasses per day.... which is about half a gallon. If I am working and sweating double that. And liquid is liquid so count in coffee and tea and lemon aid.... If the drinks have sugar or salt in them like sodas have you will have to drink more.... but they do count.

Check out these Olives! I have 2 different species, this one seems to have more "fruit". The other one seems to be putting more effort into growing this year.



Anyone know what this plan is? Lots of it growing in this area of the property, the sheep don't seem to eat it either.

I actually used to have a whole big bottle of lemon juice here, then switched over to fresh lemon. The trick is to drink that water quickly or the peel will turn it bitter. I got smart and started peeling the lemons.. now it's just lazyness that I haven't added fruit to the water...
Water is good, I used to only drink pop. Once that was totally cut from the diet I found I had so much more energy and started to feel better. Now I only drink the occasional sip of pop. Still takes convincing to drink 2L of water EACH day.
