Try adding a little lemon juice or a slice of lemon to your water..... Here where the weather is always dry its a good idea to keep water about. I have a gallon jug by my computer at the head of my bed in the car and in the truck at all times. I dont drink a bunch at one time but I do take drinks from them all day long....
Hydration is good for lots of things than just headaches... its good for arthritic joints it keeps your skin nice and lubricates muscles....
just dont go overboard. like two gallons per day... I probably drink about eight eight ounce glasses per day.... which is about half a gallon. If I am working and sweating double that. And liquid is liquid so count in coffee and tea and lemon aid.... If the drinks have sugar or salt in them like sodas have you will have to drink more.... but they do count.
