Karin just checked on the baby bunnies. -18 (0F) outside, and they're warm and fat in their nest, so mama rabbit is lactating nicely.

Oh! I must have missed that, you split up the rabbit coop? Into two sections? Or three, one per mom?

Al, we had to split it in two when we got Coco, I just put hinges on the ramp and added a lock, so now it can be raised and lowered to switch between a big two story pen or separate partitions. The reason for the partition was that Hilma wasn't a big fan of Coco, and with one weighing 7 lbs and the other 11lbs, it wasn't a very fair fight. Plus Hilma knew the terrain, so she just kept antagonizing Coco. Now Coco has the upstairs with Inkeri (who just gave birth to 4 kits), while Hilma shares the downstairs with Lisbeth and her 6 one month old kits. Both stories still have a decent amount of space though, they're about 4½*10½ feet so maybe 45 square feet per section.
