LOVED Graham Kerr. I used to fake sick to stay home and watch him (Mom would only let us watch PBS if we were sick...she thought that was a deterrent). He was so funny before he found religion. Really a bawdy show then. She was a hoot I must say.... I learned how to cook from her and from Graham Kerrr. When they both did a show together it was hilarious.

I have a major crush on Vivian from the show "A Chef's Life". And Giada on food network.
Bleh. Vivian's an intellectual twit. We watch her and just hoot at her inane-ness. I think she would be very difficult to work for as flashes of extreme beyatchin' have been surfacing in recent episodes. I imagine she has a pretty good staff turn over.
That South Park episode making fun of food network was pretty funny. They made Giada uggggly. I think it was called " Creme fraiche".
I wanna see this episode!

While cooking I usually have some cooking show on in the background (except Martha Stewart...cannot stand her know-it-all condescending smugness) and recently it was Jr. Master Chef or whatever the title is where Gordon Ramsay has kids cooking. It was pretty funny. One kid throws her hands up "Well, whadda ya expect?? I'm only 9 years old!!!" and somehow they managed to pour a pan of burnt fish down Ramsay's leg into his shoe at a Michelin Chef's luncheon he was was hosting at his house. RIGHT ON!!!!
