Landjägers are a fav of mine, I make them with venison mixed with 20% pork fat, and a spice mix I get from a local sporting goods store (gun shop). Grind mix stuff in hog casings, slightly flatten, smoke, hang for a week, mmm so good.
Potatis korv, potato sausage, also a fav, I don't eat them like they do though, I do boil them till done, then freeze, I like them fried in butter crispy outside served with ketchup, an all in one meal.

She was a hoot I must say....  I learned how to cook from her and from Graham Kerrr.  When they both did a shw together it was hilarious.

I got into watching cooking shows because of her humor. Julia and Jacques Pepin on PBS. Must have been good to get my interest back then.
Back when I worked in the bluestone quarry we'd stop at my partners uncles place most nights for a bunch of cold beer and good smoke, he'd always be watching food network when it first came out. We'd get right into it, Emirel's BAM! or the Two Fat Ladies, his uncle had the two fat ladies accents down perfect, it was a hoot, hellava good time.
He learned to cook everything from those shows. Amazing dishes, never see him eat though, keeps his diet mostly liquid Lol.

I have a major crush on Vivian from the show "A Chef's Life". And Giada on food network.
